Cropover has always been on my bucketlist. After all it’s the second best Carnival in the Caribbean next to Trinidad. So missing it this year was not an option. While I love BIM, I couldn’t stop comparing the fetes and vibes on the road to Trinidad Carnival.
Tis is the season! There are a lot of you gearing up to fly to Trinidad for Carnival. Packing can be stressful especially when organizing a trip of this magnitude. (Pro Tip: I make a list of all the things I have to buy then pack at least 3 hours before my flight. That way I never forget anything). Here are a few essentials that you absolutely NEED to secure in your suitcase before you jump into that cab to the airport.
Band launch season is in full swing. Sections are being sold out, people are complaining that costume prices are TOO DAM HIGH. However while the masses are getting excited for March 2014, a persistent little stink of ugly keeps rearing its head…band discrimination
